Arthur Fagen (Dir) - Matthieu Eymard (vc) // This baffling collaboration was sparked by a conference paper on AI given by the surgeon Susan Lim that imagined a world of 'artificially intelligent companions' and culminated in a musical duet with a hologram named ALAN. Due to its success, Lim commissioned a full musical exploring the journey of ALAN from 'inanimate' to becoming a 'plush inanimate baby lion with a soul' which this Fantasy is referring to (cf. Kate Wakeling, Classical Music).
